國學院大學デジタル・ミュージアムは、研究開発推進機構が管理する学術資料デジタルデータを公開するサイトです。二次利用にあたり以下の利用条件を遵守のうえご利用いただくようお願いいたします。なお、公開している学術資料デジタルデータには、商用利用、刊行物掲載及び高画質画像の利用等で制限しているものがあります。これらの利用にあたっては「お問い合わせ」ページより、お問い合わせください。
１）下記のとおり出典を記載ください。
出典の記載例：葵祭図屏風/國學院大學デジタルミュージアム収録/國學院大學博物館所蔵
（書式＝資料名/國學院大學デジタルミュージアム収録/所蔵者(省略可））
２）「解説」「テキスト内容」等、創作性が伴う情報は著作権を有する場合がありますので、著作権法に定める引用方法に準じ明示ください。
３）利用申請不要の場合でも、利用フォームより団体（個人）名や利用目的の入力にご協力ください。利用申請が必要な場合は利用申請フォームが掲載されています。
【データベース(大分類)及び資料の利用条件】
１）データベース：収録データベース一覧と概要ページで下記凡例に従いご確認ください。
２）資料データ ：資料の利用条件がデータベースの利用条件と異なるものは、資料詳細画面（画面例）に表示されている場合がありますのでご確認ください。データベースの利用条件に優先されます。
３）凡例：収録データベース一覧と概要ページの各データベース箇所に下記形式でクリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンスなど利用条件が記載されています。
利用に関するお問い合わせは、「お問い合わせ」ページよりお願いいたします。

Please note that some of the digital data of academic materials that are made available to the public are restricted for commercial use or for the use of high-resolution images. Please contact us from the "Contact Us" page if you wish to use such data.
Rights Notation and Data Usage Procedures
Common Terms of Use
(1) Please indicate the source of the data as follows.
Example of source: "Aoi Matsuri (hollyhock festival) folding screen," Kokugakuin University Digital Museum collection, Kokugakuin University Museum collection.
(Format = Name of material/Included in Kokugakuin University Digital Museum/Holder (may be omitted))
(2) Information such as "commentary," "text content," and other creative information may be copyrighted, and should be clearly indicated in accordance with the citation method stipulated in the Copyright Act.
(3) Even if you do not need to apply for use, please fill in the name of your organization (or individual) and the purpose of use on the usage form. If an application for use is required, an application form will be posted on the website.

(1) Databases: Please confirm the following legend on the List of Included Databases and Summary page.
(2) Data: If the conditions of use for a material differ from the conditions of use for the database, please check the material details screen (example screen). The conditions take precedence over the conditions of use of the database.
(3) Legend: The terms and conditions of use, including Creative Commons licenses, are listed in the following format at each database location on the "List of Included Databases and Overview" page.
