データ利用：条件と利用方法/Terms of Usage
國學院大學デジタルミュージアムで公開している学術情報データ・画像等の二次利用は、利用条件に基づきご利用ください。多くのデータベースは非商用であれば公開されている情報・画像をダウンロードして利用いただけますので、クリエイティブ・コモンズ・ライセンス（以下、CCライセンス）等の利用条件をご確認ください。なお、利用条件に該当しない商用目的等の利用に関しても、利用申請書による手続きで許可できる場合があります。これらの利用にあたってはお問い合わせページより、お問い合わせください。
商用・非商用に限らず、すべての二次利用にあたり以下の利用条件を遵守のうえご利用いただくようお願いいたします。
【共通利用条件】
１）下記のとおり出典を記載ください。
出典の記載例：葵祭図屏風/國學院大學博物館所蔵（書式＝資料名/所蔵機関）
※資料名、所蔵機関は資料詳細画面（画面例）でご確認ください。利用申請書（記入例）[PDF]にも資料詳細画面の資料名、所蔵機関の説明が掲載されていますのでご参考ください。
２）「解説」「テキスト内容」等、創作性が伴う情報は著作権を有する場合がありますので、著作権法に定める引用方法に準じ明示ください。
【データベース(大分類)及び資料の利用条件】
１）データベース：収録データベース一覧と概要ページでCCライセンス等の利用条件が記載されています。
２）資料データ ：資料の利用条件がデータベースの利用条件と異なるものは、資料詳細画面（画面例）に表示されている場合がありますのでご確認ください。データベースの利用条件に優先されます。
【利用方法】
ダウンロード利用
CCライセンス等の利用条件に該当する利用目的では、利用申請不要でダウンロードにより利用可能です。なお、利用フォームより団体（個人）名や利用目的の入力をお願いしておりますので、ご協力ください。
利用申請書による利用
CCライセンス等の利用条件に該当しない商用目的等の利用は、利用申請書による手続きで許可できる場合があります。お問い合わせページよりお問い合わせのうえ、下記利用申請書を記入例に従いご記入のうえ、郵送してください。当館から送付する利用許可書を受領のうえ、ダウンロードまたは本学からの送付等の方法により画像等のデータを入手ください。利用申請書の2ページ目に記載されている「お手続きについて」もご一読ください。

Secondary use of academic information data and images published in the Kokugakuin University Digital Museum is subject to the terms and conditions of use. Most databases can be downloaded and used for non-commercial purposes, so please check the terms of use.
However, there are cases in which use for commercial purposes that do not meet the conditions of use may be permitted by submitting an application for use. For such use, please contact us from the “Contact Us” page.

(Format = Name of material/Included in Kokugakuin University Digital Museum/Holder (may be omitted))
(2) Information that involves creativity, such as “commentary” and “text content,” may be copyrighted.
[Terms of use of databases (major classification) and materials]
(1) Databases: The terms and conditions of use, including Creative Commons licenses, are described in the list of databases and the summary page.
(2）Material data: If the conditions of use for a material differ from the conditions of use for the database, please check the material details screen (example screen). The conditions of use take precedence over the database conditions of use.
[How to use]
Download Use
For the purpose of use that corresponds to the conditions of use, materials may be used by downloading without the need for an application for use. Please note that you will be asked to enter the name of the organization (individual) and the purpose of use on the usage form.
Use by Application Form
Use for commercial purposes that do not meet the conditions of use may be permitted by completing an application form. Please contact us from the "Contact Us" page, fill out the application form below according to the example, and send it to us by mail. After receiving the Permission to Use form sent by the library, please obtain the data such as images by downloading or sending it from the University. Please also read "Procedures" on the second page of the application form.
